Full job description
Responsibility
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Manage client needs and expectations.
- Manage projects and coordinate with internal, stakeholders, or external team
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive
- Participate in online/offline meetings & events
- Coordinate with the other teams if there’s a need for proposals, invoices, or decks.
- Discuss & coordinate with partners to bring more value (sales, exposure, etc) to the company
Requirement
- Minimum 1 years of work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Account Manager in an IT Solutions or Services Company
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Having experience in IT Staffing/Resourcing business preferred
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
