Responsibility
- Inbound & outbound prospecting
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Report monthly sales while developing a reliable pipeline
- Creating, delivering, and managing client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Evaluating opportunities to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Coordinate with the other teams for better customer experience or sales purposes.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Account Executive in an IT Solutions or Services Company
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Having experience in Software Agency business preferred
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining client relationships
- Excellent speaking, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
